What? I can't have any of that? You are kidding, right?
When you go gluten free, you don't realize all the things you give up in order to gain back your health. Food is so intertwined with our social and emotional beigns that giving up the dream of those foods we remember so fondly is kind of like losing a loved one.
Well, like Jesus, I'm here to bring your food friend back to life. In some cases I'll give you healthier alternatives to things like the fast food joint, but my main goal is to give you back the foods you really miss. And becasue these gluten free alternatives can be so expensive, I'll try them out for you and present my take on the products so you can make an infomed purchase.
Taking back your health is a great reason for going gluten free, but nothing replaces the advice of your physician. Make sure you partner with your doctor and develop a plan of action so you can be the heathiest you.
